Steak sandwich

 This diabetic friendly steak sandwich is quick to make and yummy to taste.
 
 Ingredients:

 2 x 70g pieces beef fillet steak, trimmed of fat
 Cooking spray
 Freshly ground black pepper
 4 slices wholemeal grain bread or gluten-free bread
 2 iceberg lettuce leaves, torn
 1 tomato, sliced
 2 tablespoons Always Fresh Beetroot Relish
 
 Method:
 ******
 1. Preheat a chargrill pan or barbecue grill to medium-high. Spray each
 side of the beef with cooking spray and season with pepper.
 
 2.
 Add the beef to the chargrill pan. Cook on each side for 1 minute for 
medium, or until cooked to your liking. Set aside for 1 minute to rest.
 
 3. Top 2 bread slices with lettuce, tomato slices and a beef steak. Top
 each with 1 tablespoon of the relish. Add the remaining bread slices to
 serve.
