3. Strain the mixture, keeping the solid curds (save your whey for other uses!).
4. Collect the curds and put them back into the pan.
5. Add baking soda and enough water to get the consistency of your choosing and mix/stir thoroughly.
6. Heat the mixture until it starts bubbling a bit, then turn it off and let it cool.
7. Bottle in airtight container upon cooling enough and/or use it right away for gluing!

एक बार एक आदमी को अपने garden में टहलते हुए किसी टहनी से लटकता हुआ एक तितली का कोकून दिखाई पड़ा. अब हर रोज़ वो आदमी उसे देखने लगा , और एक दिन उसने notice किया कि उस कोकून में एक छोटा सा छेद बन गया है. उस दिन वो वहीँ बैठ गया और घंटो उसे
देखता रहा. उसने देखा की तितली उसखोल से बाहर निकलने की बहुत कोशिश कर रही है , पर बहुत देर तक प्रयास करने के बाद भी वो उस छेद से नहीं निकल पायी , और फिर वो बिलकुल शांत हो गयी मानो उसने हार मान ली हो.
इसलिए उस आदमी ने निश्चय किया कि वो उस तितली की मददकरेगा. उसने एक कैंची उठायी और कोकून की opening को इतना बड़ा कर दिया की वोतितली आसानी से बाहर निकल सके. और यही हुआ, तितली बिना किसी और संघर्ष के आसानी से बाहर निकल आई, पर उसका शरीर सूजा हुआ था,और पंख सूखे हुए थे.
वो आदमी तितली को ये सोच करदेखता रहा कि वो किसी भी वक़्त अपने पंख फैला कर उड़ने लगेगी, पर ऐसा कुछ भीनहीं हुआ. इसके उलट बेचारी तितली कभी उड़ ही नहीं पाई और उसे अपनी बाकी की ज़िन्दगी इधर-उधर घिसटते हुए बीतानी पड़ी.
वो आदमी अपनी दया और जल्दबाजी में ये नहीं समझ पाया की दरअसल कोकून से निकलने की प्रक्रिया को प्रकृति ने इतना कठिन इसलिए बनाया है ताकि ऐसा करने से तितली के शरीर में मौजूद तरल उसके पंखों में पहुच सके और वो छेद से बाहरनिकलते ही उड़ सके.
वास्तव में कभी-कभी हमारे जीवन में संघर्ष ही वो चीज होती जिसकी हमें सचमुच आवश्यकता होती है. यदि हम बिना किसी struggle के सब कुछ पाने लगे तो हम भी एक अपंग के सामान हो जायेंगे. बिना परिश्रम और संघर्ष के हम कभी उतने मजबूत नहीं बन सकते जितना हमारी क्षमता है. इसलिए जीवन में आने वाले कठिन पलों को सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण से देखिये वो आपको कुछ ऐसा सीखा जायंगे जो आपकी ज़िन्दगी की उड़ान को possible बना पायेंगे.

How To Tie A Tie

Half Windsor Knot

The Half Windsor Knot, a modest version of the Windsor Knot, is a symmetrical and triangular tie knot that you can use with any dress shirt. It works best with somewhat wider neckties made from light to medium fabrics.
To tie the Half Windsor Knot, select a necktie of your choice and stand in front of a mirror. Then simply follow the steps below:

1) Start with the wide end ("W") of your necktie on the right, extending about 12 inches below the narrow end ("N") on the left.
2) Then cross the wide end over the narrow end.
3) Bring the wide end around and behind the narrow end.
4) Then bring the wide end up.
5) Pull the wide end through the loop and to the right.
6) Bring the wide end around front, over the narrow end from right to left.
7) Again, bring the wide end up and through the loop.
8) Then, bring the wide end down through the knot in front.
9) And -- using both hands -- tighten the knot carefully and draw it up to the collar.
And there you are! Simply keep working on this necktie knot and be sure to practice a few times until you are really good at it.

The Four in Hand Knot makes for a narrow, more discreet and slightly asymmetrical tie knot. It is best suited for a standard button-down dress shirt and works best with wide neckties made from heavy fabrics.
While this tie knot can be worn by anyone, it looks especially well on men with shorter necks as the knot's rather narrow and elongated form stretches the perceived height of the neck a tiny bit.
To tie the Four in Hand Knot, select a necktie of your choice and stand in front of a mirror. Then simply follow the steps below:


1) Start with the wide end ("W") of your necktie on the right, extending about 12 inches below the narrow end ("N") on the left.

2) Then cross the wide end over the narrow end.

3) Turn the wide end back underneath the narrow end.

4) Continue by bringing the wide end back over in front of the narrow end again.

5) Then, pull the wide end up and through the loop around your neck.

6) Hold the front of the knot loosely with your index finger and bring the wide end down through the front loop.

7) At last, remove your finger and tighten the knot carefully to the collar by holding the narrow end and sliding the knot up.

These days there is plenty of controversy and debate over whether it is beneficial to take various supplements. There are many kinds of supplements out there all with different intentions. There are food or meal supplements, weight loss supplements, strength enhancing supplements, and performance enhancing supplements, just to name a few.

While I do believe that certain supplements can provide some benefits for weight loss and increased fitness, taking the wrong ones or taking too high a dose can create some unwanted serious side effects. If you are either currently taking any supplements or are considering taking any then follow these tips to ensure they will not do you more harm than good.

For starters, get a physical checkup from your doctor. Talk to the doctor about what supplements you are taking or are looking to take and explain what you want to take them for whether it is for weight loss or to increase your strength for fitness. Your doctor can make sure that you have no conditions that would be adversely affected by them and may also have other recommendations as well.

Do your homework and learn as much as you can about the supplements you want to take. Many weight loss supplements for instance are only a meal replacement with a very high cost. You can start by using the internet to do searches on them. Here you can get plenty of information on them. You can also ask the local pharmacist, a qualified fitness trainer, or a qualified nutritionist about them for an even more in depth look at them.< 

Stay away from supplements that do not list all the ingredients or are a new, unusual, or unknown type. Stick with supplements that have a good brand name, use pharmaceutical grade ingredients, and make no lofty claims as to what their supplements will do for you like rapid weight loss for example.

When you do find a suitable supplement to take, never exceed the recommended dosage for any reason. No matter how good a supplement is, more is definitely not better. There is a very good reason why the manufacturer listed the dosage they did. Increasing that dosage with the belief that it will increase the effects of the supplement is the main reason people get sick or injured from using them.

If at any time you develop any side effects from the supplements you are taking, stop taking them immediately! The weight loss, strength, or general fitness boost you are trying to get from them is not worth compromising your health for. You may even want to consult with your doctor in case treatment is needed to ensure against further incident from the effects you may be having.

There are supplements out there that are beneficial to take to help you with your weight loss and fitness goals, but just remember that there are a lot of bad ones too.
